The South Charleston Sanitary Board is pleased to announce a new partnership with Smart Pay Works, providing enhanced options for managing your sanitary account.

Through this partnership, customers now have the ability to enroll in automatic payments and receive their sanitary bills via email, offering increased convenience and flexibility.

While our website remains available for debit or credit card payments, Smart Pay Works offers a variety of additional payment methods, with or without the need to create an account.

To enroll in automatic payments, account holders must register their sanitary account on the Smart Pay Works website using their sanitary account number. A PIN, located at the bottom of your sanitary bill, can also be used to make payments at any time by calling (304) 306-2590.

Please note that any updates to your payment information or cancellations of automatic payments must be made directly through your Smart Pay Works account.
